Can every keychain have different text?
Yes. When a multi-buy offer is selected, a separate design box appears for each keychain.
How many characters can I enter?
You can enter up to eight characters, including supported letters, numbers, spaces, full stops, ampersands and hyphens. The live preview shows the text that will be submitted with your order.
What does Both Sided mean?
The same plate text is produced on the front and back of the keychain. You only need to enter the text once.
Can I change the spelling after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the spelling only before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
What happens if I make a spelling mistake?
Each keychain is made from the details you confirm before checkout, so customer-entered spelling mistakes cannot be returned or remade. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from the confirmed order, contact us so we can make it right.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes up to 5 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days depending on your location. Please allow an additional 2 to 4 days for Rural addresses. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
